One of the big pieces of breaking news this week was that Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer best known for being in that infamous Trump Tower meeting during the campaign, is being charged with obstruction of justice in an unrelated money laundering case. The reason it’s getting a lot of play in the liberal media is that her indictment proves she has some heretofore relationship with senior Russian government officials, which of course goes to all of the collusion conspiracy theory stuff.
