The boorish, embittered, hard-hearted members of the Democratic Caucus in Congress whom I think identify as women really test my ability to love my enemies. If you don’t know who I’m talking about, they’re the cult members dressed in white at the State of the Union (SOTU) address and a couple of others who chose to sit home. Their nominal cult leader is Nancy Pelosi—the boorish, embittered Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives who in a fit of adolescent pique, shredded her copy of President Donald J. Trump’s address in full view of cameras.

In a must-read piece published on The Hill and titled “Nancy Pelosi should resign,” law professor Jonathan Turley—who did not vote for Trump and did vote for Obama—wrote this about Pelosi’s behavior:

Comment: If she cannot control herself, there is no way in Hell that she can control her caucus. She debased herself by her own actions and needs to go.

The House has its share of infamies, great and small, real and symbolic, and has been the scene of personal infamies from brawls to canings. But the conduct of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) at the State of the Union address this week will go down as a day of infamy for the chamber as an institution. It has long been a tradition for House Speakers to remain stoic and neutral in listening to the address. However, Pelosi seemed to be intent on mocking President Trump from behind his back with sophomoric facial grimaces and head shaking, culminating in her ripping up a copy of his address.

In a new report that will definitely have liberal politicians looking for the nearest vault into which they can hide this data from the public for the next twenty years, Brightbeam has discovered that schools in conservative cities have done a much more effective job at closing the racial achievement gap than their counterparts in progressive districts. As illuminated by civil rights attorney Nekima Levy Armstrong, the report shows that much of what Democrats believe about how to bring up children of color is clear and obviously wrong.
Now, whether Democrats will actually take this lesson to the heart or, instead, just double down on the same failed policies, is yet to be determined. As we mentioned, the most likely path forward is for these city and school leaders to simply pretend like this report doesn’t exist.

Jupiter is being accused of actively flinging dangerous objects into the inner solar system that could impact Earth.

Some space experts believe the huge planet protects Earth from comets and asteroids, but new research has suggested that it may actually be doing the opposite.

Middle East expert Michael Doran slammed former Secretary of State John Kerry in a series of tweets exposing the Obama administration’s dealings with Iran.

“I must become a whistleblower,” Doran, a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute specializing in Middle East security issues, tweeted Friday in response to a self-serving opinion piece by Kerry published by The New York Times.

My Comment: Did Iran deliberately "miss" American personnel or was their targeting faulty to say the least. There are arguments for both conclusions. According to Iraqi intelligence, they intended to kill American personnel.  Whether or not the Iranian miss was intentional (many now doubt this), they got a break, and Trump has gained some time. 
This decades-old conflict is not over. The only question is what form will it now take. The ball is in Iran's court.
