CNN anchor Don Lemon said his commentary on the impeachment of President Trump comes from someone who is nonpartisan. Cuomo and Lemon were discussing the Trump impeachment proceedings and his July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president that sparked the process.
Today’s Left attempts to “completely destroy” its enemies by concocting outlandish guilt-by-association smears. In American politics, we don’t expect the Spanish Inquisition—but it’s here nonetheless. Mark Krikorian Voltaire wrote that the Holy Roman Empire was neither holy, nor Roman, nor an empire. Something similar could be said of the Southern Poverty Law Center—if it ever had anything to do with helping poor people in the South with their legal problems, it doesn’t any longer. (It is a center, though!) Instead, it’s turned into the Inquisition for the True Faith of today’s leftism. It sniffs out heretics and blasphemers who are promoting the false doctrine they deem “hate” and uses smears to, in their own words, “completely destroy them.” It even publishes a map to target the infidel.

that Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats had shifted their impeachment
rhetoric from "quid pro quo's" to "bribery," due to internal polling
suggesting that the former didn't "resonate" sufficiently in key
political battlegrounds. Suffice it to say that I found this
posturing...rather unimpressive:

House Democrats are once again running through the halls of the nation’s capital building like chickens with their heads cut, not having a clue what they are doing.
While millions of American workers are anxiously waiting for the House to approve the newly revised NAFTA agreement with Canada and Mexico, House Democrats are too busy on another Trump witch hunt. Meanwhile, tens of thousands of jobs lie in the balance, but Democrats could care less. After all, they have proven time and again that they don’t give a DARN about the American people and what’s best for them.
