Pennsylvania, may give Second Amendment–supporters an overwhelming legal weapon with which to destroy every single firearm ownership (although not necessarily concealed carry) licensing scheme in the country.  This includes those that require licenses to own or purchase firearms.

I grew up in Chicago where vote stealing was a standard practice of the political machine. It was so iconic that people often joked about it. And you know jokes have a seed of truth in them.

When Mayor Daley the First died, one observer opined that at least he can still vote. When Illinois Democrat Senator accidentally voted twice on the floor of the Senate, he attributed it to his Chicago background. Many Republicans switched parties and voted Democrat after they died. The common mantra was “vote early and often.”

President Biden has never had a reputation for personal integrity. His history is marked with serious accusations of plagiarism – one so serious that he had to drop out of the 1987 presidential campaign. He has told audacious lies about his schooling. Biden claimed to be in the top quarter of his law class when he was in the bottom quarter — and a bevy of other flat-out lies.

Biden constantly takes credit for things he did not do. If you list Biden’s claims in the presidential campaign, you might believe that President Obama spent eight years making paper airplanes in the Oval Office while Biden ran the country.

 My brother served in World War 2. In 2017 he “checked out of the grand hotel,” a phrase he coined for leaving this world, having left his “kid brother” (me) a wealth of good counsel, encouragement, and files enough to fill a basement. During my high school days, he wrote a poem that hit hard and deep at the evil he sensed in his day. The sharpness of it stunned me, all the more since I was a tenderfoot in matters of such weight. That was over 70 years ago when America still proved to be “the land of the free and the home of the brave” − for which the “Great Generation” is still venerated.
