Those who are able to see beyond the shadows and lies of their culture will never be understood, let alone believed, by the masses. --Plato

Censorship, sedition, leftist rage, and a fallen icon

To say that our Constitutional Republic is under  elitist funded internal enemy fire is an understatement.
The posts below are but a few of a plethora on the subjects
listed in the title of this piece but state the point.

Censorship just two examples:
Why the Coordinated Alternative Media Purge Should TERRIFY Everyone: Soon Those Who Hate Freedom Will Have Unquestioned Access to the Minds of 2 Billion People
by Daisy Luther

Thursday, the alternative media purge was boldly advanced in a coordinated effort to silence people who dissent from establishment views. It’s just one more step toward a monopoly on information by those who hate freedom. At this rate, they’ll soon have unquestioned access to the minds of more than 2 billion people. And this should terrify everyone who wants to be free to question the status quo and to seek a wide range of information.

Hundreds of alternative media site administrators logged onto Facebook to discover that their accounts had been removed. Soon after, many of these sites and their writers found that their Twitter accounts had also been suspended.

Popular pages like The AntiMedia (2.1 million fans), The Free Thought Project (3.1 million fans), Press for Truth (350K fans), Police the Police (1.9 million fans), Cop Block (1.7 million fans), and Punk Rock Libertarians (125K fans) are just a few of the ones which were unpublished.

Why were these alternative media accounts removed?

The reason given doesn’t really add up.

Google’s ‘Good Censor’ Document: The End of Free Speech as We Know It?

by Bobby Eberle

What if more and more people sought their news through digital platforms such as Facebook? What if more and more people decided to share their expertise and viewpoints through video outlets such as YouTube? What if more and more people used Google to search for political topics or used Twitter to share a quick thought? That answer to all of the above is that it’s already happening, and that puts a tremendous amount of power into the hands of left-leaning corporations who now seek to advance their agenda by limiting your free speech. We’ve already seen in happening, and now a new internal Google document shows that the Orwellian state of Big Brother and “group thought” is not too far away.

The Google document is titled “The Good Censor,” and that, right there, should give people pause. As soon as governments or corporations tell us what can or can’t be said, we lose our freedom and the very essense of what makes America great.

The briefing document was obtained by Breitbart News, and it contains a fascinating, yet ominous look at the power of digital media and the “dangers” of free speech. Apparently, Google and companies like Facebook and Twitter feel that it is their job to tell you what you should or should not believe and what you should or should not read. More information

Sedition:

Facebook, Twitter, Google, Etc. are Subversive to American Government
by Bradlee Dean

Subversive-Tending to subvert; having a tendency to overthrow and ruin. Public corruption of morals is subversive of public happiness.

Subversion-Entire overthrow; an overthrow of the foundation; utter ruin; as the subversion of a government or state. The subversion of the constitution or laws. Webster’s 1828 Dictionary

What if I told you that Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google and other big tech companies are subversive to American government; and what they are advocating is completely illegal in this country?

Rage:
How Democrat Rage Is Destroying America
by Daniel Greenfield

Use the rage,” former Attorney General Eric Holder scream-tweeted. “Get people out to vote and be rid of these people.”

Had President Trump urged his supporters to channel their rage into politics, the quote would have been good for a week of sanctimonious media lectures about his destruction of democratic norms. Not to mention his dangerous divisiveness, the risk of violence and the high price of tea in Outer Mongolia.

But the media has neither the interest nor the inclination to even note Holder’s ‘rage’ tweet. It’s too busy preaching anger, fury and hatred to the same shrieking choir of maddened lefties screaming at the sky, having meltdowns on social media and clawing madly at the doors of the Supreme Court.

“We need to stay angry about Kavanaugh,” E.J. Dionne Jr. fulminates in the Washington Post. But that’s nothing compared to the New York Times where the old gray lady is frenziedly distempered all the time.

“Get Angry, and Get Involved,” an op-ed screeches. “Tears, Fury or Action: How Do You Express Anger?”, an op-ed from a few days before shrills. “Fury Is a Political Weapon And Women Need to Wield It,” a third howls. That’s a lot of anger from the megaphone of the privileged wealthy northeastern left.

There hasn’t been this much peevishness on Martha’s Vineyard since they raised the yacht docking fees.

The best for last. The Left sure knows how to pick winners for a cause:
The most recent fallen icon Christine Ford: A Singular Fraud
“No more psychology!” —Kafka

by Christopher DeGroot

Enough, or too much. Christine Ford, the brave new hero to feminists, expects America to believe she needed a second front door for her Palo Alto home because, more than three decades after Judge Brett Kavanaugh allegedly tried to rape her, she was still feeling “claustrophobic.”

Although, as she said, the two front doors are not, alas, “aesthetically pleasing,” at least the professor felt as safe as any snowflake college student with her coloring books and Play-Doh. Still, one should like to say: “Confess, lady of the bourgeois blues: The second front door is for your poor husband's sake—a handy escape for him once you return from ‘couple’s therapy’!”

For what a singular fraud is Christine Ford. To begin with, as Thomas Lipscomb has shown, she probably lied about the actual purpose of the second front door. And though she is not a licensed psychologist, Ford tried to use her “psychological expertise” to make people think her memory is infallible. “Indelible in the hippocampus is the laughter,” she put it with unintended comedy. But as I wrote in a recent article for American Thinker:

As with perception itself, so with the memory it reflects: it is common to unwittingly believe things because they suit one's interests, selectively interpreting both the past and the present to that egoistic end. This is true whether one is an "expert" or not. It would be the grossest naïveté, then, to believe that Ford, because of her training, is not prone to the general human errors, biases, and delusions.

According to Ford, it was during a 2012 “couple’s therapy session” that she remembered being groped by Kavanaugh, an act which, if it did occur, hardly constitutes a rape attempt. The incident returned to her in the form of “a repressed memory.” The trouble with this sort of thing, as with so much of psychology, is that it’s altogether speculative: admitting of no justification, it can’t be disproved either. We must allow that it could be true, but still, why believe it?

As one might expect, Ford’s “scholarship” attests to her interest and background in junk science. In May of 2008, the Journal of Clinical Psychology published “Meditation With Yoga, Group Therapy With Hypnosis, and Psychoeducation for Long-Term Depressed Mood: A Randomized Pilot Trial,” co-authored by Ford and a number of academics. The paper discusses how to use “therapeutic techniques,” including hypnosis, to alleviate depression, to “assist in the retrieval of important memories,” and to “create artificial situations” that will aid “treatment.”
