I'm not a walk away, but as a person that was welcomed by this great country and enjoyed a life of freedom (seven-year-old Cuban refugee back in 1961), I deplore socialism and Communism and the (lack of) values that the Democratic party holds dear. I am ashamed of how these people have demonized president Trump and all his supporters. I did not vote for Obama, but it was the will of the people and I respected the office. We elect people to look out for our country, not work hard to destroy it. I admire and thank everyone that has or will walk away...America...love it or leave it!!!

I’m a brown skinned immigrant from a formerly socialist country. I came here as a grad student in 1971 and was shocked to learn that so many Americans had no idea why we had to confront the communists in Vietnam. It became one reason I decided to stay after my studies. This country needed help - against many of its own citizens.
Most Americans have no idea that the Democrats forced us to withdraw from Vietnam just after the Vietcong were on their knees after their failed Tet offensive, ready to surrender. Their Gen. Giap wrote in his memoirs that he was shocked to hear the Americans were pulling out.
Millions of Vietnamese and Cambodians were massacred after we withdrew, which proved the Democrats were lying when they said we were fighting freedom fighters. Freedom fighters don’t massacre their own people after winning a war.
I have visited both Vietnam and Cambodia recently and met local people whose educated parents and relatives were taken away, never to return. They said we should never have left. We could have turned Vietnam and Cambodia into allies like Japan. Now they remain communist dictatorships.
I had to study American history to become a citizen. What I learned about the cold, cruel and merciless history of the Democrats made my skin crawl.
Who fights s bloody war to secede so slavery can continue? The Democrat Confederates did.
Who creates an organization like the KKK to terrorize freed slaves? The Democrat Confederates did.
Who writes what are known as Jim Crow laws? The Democrats did.
Who filibusters Civil Rights for all? The Democrats did.
After they failed to stop the Civil Rights Act the Democrats simply put on sheep’s clothing.
They switched from their previous hard bigotry to the soft bigotry of low expectations and kept going. Their diabolical Great Society programs started the breakup of American families, especially black families.
Births to single white women grew from 4% in 1965 to 29% now. Births to single black women grew from 24% to an astounding 73% now. For Hispanics, it’s 53% now and for Asians it’s negligible.
Then we had Obama. No one who knew about his anti-American, anti-Semitic mentors would have voted for him but he, the Democrats and the left wing media deflected everyone’s attention and so we got 8 years of stifling the economy, colluding with Russia, ignoring NOKO’s nuclear developments, creating chaos in Syria and Libya and appeasing Iran with billions to use against us and Israel.
Poverty increased by 18% under Obama, millions dropped out of the labor force and the black community ended up worse off in every major category - after supporting Obama by 95%
So, that’s my story of why I could never be a Democrat, and I’m sticking to it.
If you are on the fence, just THINK of where we would be today had President Trump lost to the most incompetent, dishonest, greedy and corrupt scofflaw to ever run for President.
Think of how the economy would continue to be stifled, we would still be colluding with Russia, still, be in the devastating Paris Accords, still ignoring NOKO, still be appeasing Iran while they chant “Death to America”
Thank God for a billionaire like Trump, a problem solver by profession gave up his cushy lifestyle and took on the crushing task of saving America and MAGA, under a ferocious barrage of personal assaults and abuse.
He cannot do it alone in 2020 without the help of #WalkAway, #BLEXIT and #LEXIT.
With their help, the Democrats, God willing, will be relegated to the back benches for a very long time, and that’s a good thing.
