New Evidence Emerges That Mueller’s Team Is Illegally Withholding Crucial Material From General Flynn AttorneysSpecial Counsel Robert Mueller may have tried to put an official end to his corrupt probe into President Donald Trump last week, but the American people are not done with him!
Prosecutors from Mueller’s team missed the Judge appointed deadline for providing all information to General Flynn relating to the case last week.
The Judge assigned to Flynn’s case, Judge Emmet Sullivan, requested that Mueller’s prosecutors provided all the information related to the case that Flynn’s legal team had requested be provided to the court.
The first line of of the Judge’s order states:
The Pursuant to Brady v. Maryland , 373 U.S. 83 (1963), and its progeny, the government has a continuing obligation to produce all evidence required by the law and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
Mueller’s team was required by the court to provide all this information to Flynn’s legal team in a timely manner, but they refused to do so, thus calling into question the legality of their charges against Flynn int the first place.
For example, Mueller defied the court order by refusing to hand over a transcript of Flynn’s call with Russian Ambassador Kislyak, which was the whole reason Flynn was questioned in the White House less than a week after the inauguration in the first place.

We also now know that Mueller edited the information in his 400+ page report which was released to the public in April. The report indicated that Mueller had edited out key portions of the report that would have been beneficial to the President and General Flynn.

For unclear reasons, Mueller has not yet been asked to testify before any of the Republican-led committees in the US Senate.
There is no doubt that were he made to do so, more crimes and cover-ups as part of the Mueller investigation would be uncovered.
