Needed: A National Election Fraud Database
United States voter fraud is a nationwide crime perpetrated locally, mostly by Democrats. Republicans either do not do it or when they do, they get caught. It is no coincidence that only Democrats fight voter ID laws, ballot audits in Maricopa County and investigations in New Hampshire.
This month Matt Braynard, Trump’s data guy, issued a comprehensive report on Georgia voter fraud. Read it? If you did, you are the eleventh person after friends and family.
People, look, we cannot fight industrial, sovereign, large-scale, election fraud with reports, press releases, and webinars. That stuff creates a false sense of progress to the committed while nothing changes for the masses. The narrative remains “…but there was no provable voter fraud.” We need hip technology delivered on a phone showing electoral fraud in current data rolls -- that drives citizen outrage.
When one Millennial looks across the sushi table at his bud and shows her 5,435 dead people registered in her county, via an iPhone, we are pretty much there. Or scroll to the 643 people registered on a vacant lot. Look, here’s a Google Maps’ pix of the open field!
Only outraged citizens can stop voter fraud before it happens, not chase it afterward.
The goal is a crowd-sourced national database, visible to anyone, showing who votes, what their addresses are, cross-searched against death records, change-of-address files, UPS mailboxes, and a dozen other available data sources, going back as far as digital records exist.
Since our first article in American Thinker, over a thousand people, contacted us concerning the fraud they personally experienced, either on election day or currently doing personal investigations. None claims to be a Democrat. These outraged citizens formed ad hoc groups to crowdsource election fraud hidden in voter rolls. Their wise goal is to create enough citizen outrage, locally, to force recalcitrant governments to clean voter rolls and tighten voter integrity regs. They get the digital marketing thing! They just don’t have the tools.
Democrats have built-in advantages salting voter rolls with the fake and the dead. Election data are hard to get. Some states hide it. There is no way to cross-search whether someone voted in several places. If you try to eliminate the dead, the fake addresses, the people who moved to another state, you are accused of voter suppression. It’s hard.
Often the secretary of state is in on the scam. They will not cleanse voter rolls; they oppose voter integrity regs.
Citizens are stepping up.
There is good news coming for these hardy souls. Democrats and leftists overplayed their hand in the 2020 election. We hear from mild-mannered citizens who never heard of their secretaries of state now sending us detailed. CSV files in which they are experts.
We set up a Dropbox file transfer to handle the larger data sets. Local fraud patterns in Colorado, New Hampshire, Virginia, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan, California, and Washington have been identified by citizen groups and individuals and they are gathering data any way they can get it. Several focused on a single county or town, like Arlington, Virginia, or Harris County, Texas. Industrial-scale, sovereign election fraud happens differently in each state, county, or city. We must enable local citizens to dig it out. Our goal is to give them digital nuclear weaponry to even things up. (Note to Chris Wray, this is a metaphor: Do not send the Chris Wray turreted terror-mobile to my house at 5:00 a.m. You’ll wake the dogs.)
Some blocks are falling into place. Electoral fraud is being uncovered, data collected, innovative search technology deployed. It is the beginning of a digital marketing response, not another report.

He is working with commercial record sets in the trillions, which process in nanoseconds, on a computer you hold in your hand. We have begun working with a dozen data collectors in as many states. By mid-summer we will be running their data -- and cross-searching it -- as far back as digital data are collected.

When your obnoxious uncle Ned who believes in UFOs and thinks Ted Cruz’s father hung with Lee Harvey Oswald can pick up his phone and show you the vacant lot at the end of the street has 303 registered voters, and they all voted, several voted multiple times, even he becomes credible. By accessing a crowd-sourced election fraud database, even Uncle Ned can generate outrage -- using his iPhone and indisputable data.

Industrial-Scale Election Fraud – Did It Happen?
I’ve read pieces from congresspeople, CEOs of tech companies, from hacks on television (like Karl Rove) that there was no election fraud, let’s move on.
Wait just a minute.
I led the team that built the fraud detection engine for the largest online auction house on the planet. They were on the front page of USA Today because some mothers never received that gift for their child after sending in their last dollar. The auction house publicly said their multi-billion-dollar brand was in jeopardy.
I led industrial-scale fraud investigations in the biggest of the big leagues and proved fraud.
Cyberauction fraud is really complicated. A perp runs a scam where they sell a computer, for instance, get paid and ship the product. They do this for weeks, building trust. Then they sell 20 computers, keep the dough, ship nothing, and off they go.
What can the auction house do?
They kick the perp off the site. What does the perp do? He changes his name, credit card, mailing address, every bit of information about himself and rejoins as a new, clean seller. And another bunch of customers gets screwed!
The Secret Service, the FBI, about every fraud detection company tried to solve a problem where the perp changed every identifier thus left no trail. No pattern recognition. No matching on any field. Neural net = zero. Nothing.
Well, my team built a cyber-fraud technology and solved the problem. We broke insurance fraud rings where the insurance firm’s 30-person, police trained, 25-year experienced fraud team said there was no fraud. The funniest example is where we flagged a doctor, the recipient of a decade’s worth of six-figure checks from this insurer. The fraud team said the guy was clean. Nothing to see here!
The CEO, sitting at the head of the board room table looked at us. We smiled. We then showed the address to which they had sent several million dollars was a federal prison.
We were hired by most of the top 10 property and casualty insurance firms to find fraud they could not find any other way, fraud that their expert teams said did not exist. It did, at an industrial scale.
We quickly learned fraud is icky, unsightly, uncomfortable and those with a vested interest in not finding it, because they couldn’t, denied it. Happens all the time.
My team and I know industrial-level fraud and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the 2020 presidential election had massive, organized, discoverable fraud in most of the swing states.
How do I know this in the face of virtually every media company denying significant fraud?
Let’s do a fraud look-see, actually several, together.
Industrial fraud in insurance, Medicaid, or credit cards never starts with a flashing red light with letters, in English and Spanish, saying fraud, look here! There must be a starting point and the starting point is often only one or two cases that lead to tens of thousands of incidents across hundreds of participants.
Let’s see if there are any starting points here:
Jesse, a truck driver, has a semi-tractor rig delivering dog food to pet shops across America. This particular brand is the expensive stuff yuppies buy for their Schnoodle dogs bred by crossing Schnauzers and Poodles and costing about $1,000. Only the best for Pierre.
Jesse, our truck driver, sees something sketchy. He has been driving this route for months, yet something this day is different. Jesse looks into the truck and sees the labels do not quite look the same. He reports it to his boss, then to the trucking service, and nobody does anything.
Jesse, a dog lover, goes to PETA and they do a video. Jesse signs an affidavit under penalty of perjury, gets on TV for a couple of days saying this dog food may not be the real thing. It might be fake, from China. He just wants someone, anyone to look into it.
Dog lovers across America would stop buying that dog food until the company had an open, public investigation. The board of directors would probably fire the CEO if an investigation showed she was not all over this possible claim. Sales would collapse. No major pet chain would carry the dog food until everything was investigated.
Ya think maybe there would be a full-scale investigation? Do you think people would stand up and say: “…there is no evidence! There is no reason to investigate!”
A third-tier media company obtains the laptop from the cocaine addicted, meth-addled son of the Borthreed Aerospace CEO Joe Asterisk. It is legally secured from a computer repair store where it was abandoned.
On the laptop, there are emails saying that the CEO Asterisk and his loser son have done a deal with China and the “Big Guy,” probably the CEO, gets 10% of the take.
What would the board do?
Faster than a flying bullet they suspend the CEO, call in the FBI, bring in an outside law firm, and publish every detail of every discovery. The FAA, FBI, state agencies, foreign governments launch investigations. Every email on that laptop would become public.
For either of these examples, who would stand up in public and say: “Where’s the evidence?”
You just love that new Asian fusion place in downtown, on that gentrified block where the African Americans have been pushed out so Millennial snowflakes can open coffee shops.
One night you are watching TV, that bottle of Chardonnay at hand. You see a TV crew in front of the restaurant. The health inspectors are there for a sanitary inspection. But the employees are putting cardboard over the windows so the inspectors cannot see in. You hear the manager say: you can look in, through the edge of the cardboard, but you must stand 30 feet back. COVID policy!
Do you think this may be a starting point? Are you going to call in there for your next takeout meal?
One more: It’s a local school board election. At risk is the charter school your entire neighborhood loves. It is the only hope for your kids getting into college.
The night of the election, they announce there is a water main break and everyone needs to leave.
A few days later, you learn there was no water main break. Then a video comes out showing they were taking ballots from under the tables and tossing them, unexamined, unvetted, and unwitnessed, in with all the rest.
Oh, the charter school was voted to be closed. There was overwhelming support for shutting it down. Everyone you know wanted it open, but alas, no, it is to be closed. The people have spoken.
Would you believe in that result? Would you be cool with “…no evidence of fraud here. Nothing to see.”
So, in the 2020 Presidential election, where is the evidence of fraud?
All you have to do is change the context to dog food labels, to the local restaurant health inspector, to Borthreed Aerospace, or the school election -- in that context, yes, there was enough obvious fraud to do investigations at an industrial scale.
In these examples, there was enough evidence to destroy CEO careers, shut manufacturing plants down, upend careers.
After you get your starting point, and they are everywhere, the first question you should ask is: “who benefits from denying fraud with all these obvious starting points?”
You know you would not buy that dog food, you would not eat at that restaurant, you would not buy Borthreed stock, and you would not believe that charter school vote without complete investigations.
So why do you believe Karl Rove?

Ok, sit back from your sleepless nights and fury every time you turn on Fox News and put down the Chardonnay and take a long, deep breath. Please!
On Monday, Scott Adams of Dilbert fame, who is one of the finest critical minds in the podcast world quoted AmericanThinker.com’s article that said Trump was probably going to win this thing. Scott Adams agreed!
Scott Adams says Trump is right now a 60% favorite to win this thing.
Scott and I are probably the only two people on the planet, other than DJ himself thinking this right now. Let’s go there for a moment. Calm down! Again. Calm down!
Biden is at 290 Electoral votes; awarded by the mainstream media. Nothing is truly awarded until the state legislatures do so in mid-December, so chill. However, the mainstream media is screwing with your heads by calling this election because they hate the guy who called them FAKE NEWS.
And you are letting them do it. Stop!
Let’s do some arithmetic.
Biden needs 270 Electoral votes or more to come out of the basement and become the first chief executive of the most powerful force on the planet with early-stage dementia. It is a civil rights thing so deal with it. If you think that is wrong, you are a racist.
The 290 Electoral votes total includes 20 from Pennsylvania. There is a ton of fraud in that state and you are seeing all kinds of reports of ballots coming in at 4:00 AM and all that. Skip it. That does not matter.
Focus people on the Justice Alito Supreme Court Order. Justice Alito, not a man with whom to trifle, is in charge of day-to-day activities for a group of states and Pennsylvania is one of them. The Justice told Pennsylvania to “segregate” any vote that came in after 8:00 PM on election night. You will recall, DJ was winning big (a Scott Adams word) at that point.
Around midnight, Texas time, the Pennsylvania vote counters stopped counting. Then the truckloads of new ballots came in, reportedly voting for Biden and no other candidate for any lower office.
The Supreme Court ruled, sort of, in this case already. They said, with 4 Justices led by Justice Alito that ONLY the Pennsylvania legislature can make or modify voting rules. Read the opinions – this thing is NOT going to go to Biden.
It is black and white, in the United States Constitution, a dusty document tourists see in the National Archives in DC.
The Pennsylvania legislature did not allow such voting changes, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, a quite partisan body, did. And the grown-ups at the U.S. Supreme Court said that was a judicial overreach. That is not a good thing for Biden.
This week, Justice Alito again said all votes coming in after 8:00 PM on election night need to be segregated. That is what is called a Federal Court Order. That’s no parking ticket.
The leftists will say this is a racist thing because of the word “segregated.” Maybe separated would be more politically correct.
Anyway, it is pretty clear with Justice Amy Barrett on the Supreme Court, those votes in Pennsylvania are getting backed out right after Rudy Giuliani makes his case. The mainstream media know that; thus, they are screwing with your heads and you are up all night eating popcorn looking for any shred of information. Go to sleep!
Biden is at 270, the bare minimum to get out of the basement! And you are in a frenzy, getting no sleep, ignoring the dog, worrying all night long.
Let’s start at 270. I really hate the cliché “how many paths to winning” but I have to go there. Ugh!
There are two paths for Trump, there is one for Biden, and Biden’s options slowly evaporate every time a new affidavit gets signed testifying about voter fraud.
Let’s do the DJ paths. Both of them.
First, Biden is at 270 after the Supreme Court tosses Pennsylvania. There are credible vote counts in 5 – 6 states where Biden’s lead shrinks by the hour. If even one state falls, it’s over for Joe and instead of a Presidential Inauguration Committee there is a senior citizen, assisted living solution. That is path 1 if you forgot to count.
Another, independent path that I really like, is DJ saying, in effect, screw it, I am going to the state legislatures in each of these states, all of which are Republican, and I am taking my message to the people.
Trump uses all his negatives for a positive outcome. Brash, punches down, cannot control his unseemly attacks on Big Media, Fox News, Big Tech, and rallies in every state in contention. He tweets. Thousands, perhaps tens of thousands show up. You know it will be rallies beyond imagination!
When you calm down and put down the Chardonnay, let me ask you: is there a state senator, state rep in a Republican chamber who will be the one to say “well, Fox News called this election, I think Trump should concede, and I vote to certify the fake election results?”
Before you answer, remember that neither Mitt Romney nor Ben Sasse lives in any of these states.
So, Trump goes above these geeky fraud statistics, taking out one vote at a time and he makes a bigger pitch. Trump’s pitch is that the fraudulent ballots are just a distraction. The real fraud was the collusion of Facebook, Twitter, Google altering search results so nobody ever heard about the Hunter laptop, The Big Guy Joe getting paid off from China.
The real fraud was a Hillary Clinton fawning supporter named Anthony Fauci who kept giving contradictory advice on a pandemic and then blamed Trump for following his earlier advice.
The ugliest fraud was the college of pollsters who issued fake polls, day after day showing Trump could not win – and they used these as active voter suppression techniques. Against you!
Trump’s pitch is that America needs to stand up to a different kind of fraud – the fraud of mass media manipulation. We are in George Orwell's territory.
You have seen it. The MAGA-nation hats. The wild crowds. The automobile lines for 90 miles in Arizona, with stickers, signs, flags created organically just to show DJ support.
Going to the people’s elected representatives to stop them from certifying a fraud of unimaginable proportions, from the media and tech – that’s the story!
Only one state legislature, only one, and only one chamber of any of them choke, says “…ya know, we aren’t going to certify this fraud thing” and Biden does not get to 270 and it goes to the House of Representatives. Trump wins there 26 – 24.
So right now, if Joe Biden were conscious, he would be sweating that trip to an assisted living facility. Donald Trump is now playing to his strength – going to the people.
This has never failed him, and it will not fail him now.
