Greetings to my Christian friend's Patriots 3% ers, and tea party freedom fighters.
The Oath Of Office And A Petition Of Remonstrance
The oath of office is to we the people of the United States of America and to the Constitution of the United States of America ( Known as the contract or compact to the position of emoluments, or proxy authorities or Status of a fiduciary) when you violate the oath of office you have performed felony perjury, for and by taking this oath (Freely and of your own free will) you are accepting The conditions of this contract or compact a position of the highest trust of the people of This nation can bestow upon one.
When you take the oath of office you are confirming that you understand the contract ( and to the parties And the duty and responsibility contracted to and with, we the people and to the Constitution to the United States of America ) you must understand at this point that you have become a servant To the people And To serve as a protector of and to the People and the Nation/ community and serve only As Fiduciary and proxy To defend the contract and liberties and freedoms of the people.
You must also understand that this contract is Bound by and confirmed by the oath of office and to the Constitution, and cannot be altered by the servant without the consent of the people,(There are no provisions in the contract the Constitution of the United States of America) for the agents of the government to alter the contract without the consent of the people, this is can only be done by the ratification by the people. the created can not be superior to the creator! We the people of the United States of America are the creator of this government and nation known as the United States of America, We the people are known as the executors/ beneficiary/ executive and the creative branch of government, This is why all political powers are inherent to the people, as stated by and through the Declaration of Independence, known as the standing of a free man.
If one should take this oath of office without understanding these facts they have committed Premeditated felony perjury and have betrayed And violated the terms of the contract by the second party to this contract, this is a criminal act by the one taking the oath and at this point have Performed theft by Deception/ lie by confirming through your oath of office that you Understood and had a full understanding of all these things above Mentioned, and you have therefore surrendered your qualifications for any of these offices that one may hold. by violating the sacred trust of all of the people of this nation,(Known as the United States of America, And any of the franchise states of) this is Defined as and called treason!
To know a thing and to be bound to know to a thing and are equal or equivalent in law, if you commit a crime and you state you do not know you were committing a crime, there is no excuse to Violate or to break the law, especially when you swore an oath confirming that you knew And understood Entirely and The spirit of the contract.
Any legislation created to circumvent the contract ( Known as The Constitution of the United States of America) or to the authorities to the people, is insurrection and an attempt to assume powers and or emoluments/authorities not granite to the servants of the people, this is or would be an attempt to rewrite the contract without the consent of the people, treason by Penn and paper With words Birthed and design of deception, and are still Treasonous and equal to the theft of trust, and an attempt to enslave by Malicious legislation, to Rob, Steal, rape or to perform enslavement by legislation, (a theft of time of one's life) this is why this is treason to the people, and this is why the death penalty is attached to treason.
A petition of remonstrance is not a request from the people, It is a proper and official protest by the people, a petition of remonstrance has no prayer and is a demand! The Declaration of Independence is known as the Grand Remonstrance, or a grand petition of remonstrance, combined as an affidavit And an indictment of truth signed by 56 men stating as a witness or witnesses to the criminal acts of the government/king, for acts of and by a tyrant.
The Declaration of Independence is also the standing of man, acknowledging to the world and to All men and nations, that we the people are empowered by the creator and it is declared and ordained that our just powers, our rights, and liberties are not given to us by man or government but by our creator, GOD, And therefore cannot be taken away or infringed by man or government! and because these standings and authority of man, were not or could not be given by a man or government, we the people stand independent because God granted us life, liberty and the right to pursue happiness, the right to self-defense to protect this life, and that God has given us this standing, no man has given life, and no man has the right to take it or to enslave one, or to consume the soul of one's life.
Every franchise government is known as the states or Counties within the states or territories Those authorities are limited to and by the compactor contract with all the states within the boundaries of the United States of America, every state Constitution must be in conformity with the Constitution of the United States of America, under article 4 section 4 of the Constitution of the United States of America.
No state or territories Constitution can exceed the authorities agreed-upon through the contract or compact to the United States of America and must be within the parameters and boundaries of the United States of America Constitution, this is to standardize the laws of the nation, and to secure the liberties and freedoms of all the people of the entire nation, to guarantee a standard in pursuing justice and liberty for all, this is why the Bill of Rights was written to guarantee that those rights could not be rewritten, alter or trespass upon, for the Bill of Rights guarantees man liberty and freedom, the Bill of Rights are un-a-lien-able or unalienable and cannot be infringed upon.
And this is why there are no provisions in the Constitution of the United States of America providing any government entity or actor to have any authorities to rewrite or change the definitions of the Constitution of the United States of America known as the contract or compact between we the people and the proxy representatives holding a position of trust or emoluments.
No state or territory has the authority to change or alter the oath of office, or to have a state Constitution that trespasses upon or Is superior to or supersedes the Constitution of the United States of America. If any state's Constitution Should Trespasse upon the Constitution of the United States of America, by doing this they are altering without consent of the people or without ratification to the Constitution of the United States of America and would make these changes illegitimate and pretended acts of legislation, And by definition treasonous acts to alter or change our form of government, without the consent of the people.
Do the states or the federal government have unlimited authority and powers??
the answer is absolutely NO! and this is Why.
On the enumerated Restraints ( The Bill of rights) on the exercise of power is not subject to interpretation or modification by the entity the restraints are being imposed upon, the restraints imposed by the amendments which were adopted years after the Constitution was ratified to override the legislative, executive and judicial or administrative powers of the government.
If this were not the case the restraints would be meaningless! because the government could simply circumvent them modify them or remove them at will.
Why would the states have requested and adopted enumerated restraints on the Government and all Government's (states and federal government ) power! subsequent to Ratification of the Constitution, if the government possessed the authority or powers to nullify them?
You only have to ask these individuals in government one question, where do their authorities come from to violate our rights? Because they do not have any authority to do this.
Nowhere in the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, or the Bill of Rights is the authority granted through the emoluments given to government agents or agencies to violate the people's rights! and this would be a violation of the emoluments clause in the Constitution, along with treason and tyranny to overthrow this Republic form of government and to replace it with a foreign government's ideology, and that is what makes it treason.
Marbury vs Madison (1803) The U.S. Supreme Court case Marbury v. Madison (1803) established the principle of judicial review—the power of the federal courts to declare legislative and executive acts unconstitutional. The unanimous opinion was written by Chief Justice John Marshall. Miller versus the US, no right can be converted into a criminal act.
"Any law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void".
If the charging or the accusing body, cannot prove the charges are law, they have no subject matter jurisdiction, and are performing piracy of rights or Barratry!
The Constitution of the United States of America is supreme law over, executive orders, statutes, codes, regulations, or policy!

I would recommend that everybody go online and take a free course on the Constitution from Hillsdale college, I would also recommend that everybody should join a local militia group and a patriot organization.
